Insert Closed Caption menu command

Choose Closed Caption from the Insert menu to transcribe the audio portion of your e-show in five second increments. This menu command displays the Closed Caption tab of the Media Properties dialog box.

Adding closed captioning makes the media of your e-shows accessible to users who are hard-of-hearing and to those watching without audio.

Tip

• You can display the Closed Caption tab by clicking in the media area.
